1. Choice Of The Color:
To achieve true to tuft color results, 3 points should be diagnosed carefully:
- The Percentage of the White Hair
- Natural Hair Color
- Hair Type.
The choice of the color should be based on the diagnosis of the above 3 points and the customer's desire. The quality of the end results depends on the precision of the diagnosis, the choice of the shade and oxidant amount.

2. Mixture:
- 10 volumes (3%) for dark hair and tone-on-tone colors.
- 20 volumes (6%) for tone-on-tone coloring and lifting 1-2 levels.
- 30 volumes (9%) for lifting up to 2-3 levels.
- 40 volumes (12%) for lifting up to 3-4 levels.

3. Preparation
In a non-metallic bowl mix the Ghulai Color Cream with the Ghulai Developer (10, 20, 30, 40 volumes) thoroughly to obtain a smooth, creamy texture with a mixing ratio of 1:1. Application time is 35 minutes, except for Highlifts. HIGHLIFTS: Mix Ghulai Color Cream 12-Series with Ghulai 30/40 Volume Developer in ratio 1:2. Application time is 45 minutes.

4. Application (Natural Hair)
Apply the hair color mixture prepared, distributing it homogenously through the lengths and ends of the hair, and leave in for around 20 minutes. At the end of the processing time prepare the same hair color mixture and apply to the roots, distributing it evenly, and leave in for a further 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse it thoroughly.

5. Touch Ups (Dyed Hair)
Apply the hair color mixture prepared to the grown-out roots distributing it evenly and leave in for 20 minutes. After that, add a small amount of lukewarm water to the mixture and apply to the lengths and ends, leaving it in for 10/15 minutes. Rinsing: After the recommended time for each application, rinse thoroughly. Wash with color care shampoo and apply hair mask.

6. Suggestions
The processing times recommended for every single application must be reduced after perms or decoloring treatments. It is recommended to mix Ghulai natural hair color with choice of shade to obtain excellent white hair coverage. If the white hair percentage is up to 50%, it is recommended to mix 1/2 natural hair color cream and 1/2 choice of shade with 20 volume developer. If the white hair percentage is higher than 50%, it is recommended to use % natural hair color and 1/4 choice of shade with 30 volume developer.

Pickup orders are usually prepared in 4 hours. If you have placed your order after business hours, or within 4 hours of the location closing, your order will be prepared the following day.
