Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

If you order before 15.00 o’clock, your order is processed and prepared for the shipment in the same day. The orders after 15.00 o’clock are processed and prepared for the shipment next business day. During seasonal times such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Times

We ship from our store located in Belgium. We currently ship to Belgium and Netherlands. We have plans to expand this to other countries in Europe in the following years.

  • For the shipments to Belgium, we work with Bpost. Shipping time takes 1-2 business days.
  • For the shipments to Netherlands, shipping time takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders shipping to an address in Belgium with an order value of €48,99 or less, have a flat rate of €4,95.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Belgium with an order value of €49,00 or more, have free shipping.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Netherlands with an order value of 48,99 or less, have a flat rate of €4,95.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Netherlands with an order value of €49,00 or more, have free shipping.

Local Pickup

We currently offer free pickup at our location in Beveren. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. Pickup orders are usually prepared in 4 hours. If you have placed your order after business hours, or within 4 hours of the location closing, your order will be prepared the following day.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our location within business hours. Please bring your ID card and order confirmation email to the store.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return your product for free, if a wrong product was delivered or the product was damaged during transport.
  • Exchange product? If an incorrect product has been delivered or has been damaged during transport and has not yet been used. After receipt, we will ship your new product the same day.
  • Products that have already been used will not be returned or exchanged.
  • To take advantage of our promises, please contact us by email support@hpluspro.com. Be sure to include all the necessary information: your invoice number and your bank account details for the refund.
  • The promises are valid within 14 days of receipt
  • Products purchased during a promotion are not exchanged.
